Website security and service providers
FL790 uses service providers, including Cloudflare for website infrastructure, security, anti-abuse services and data storage, and Resend for email delivery. These providers may process information as necessary to provide those services. Automated anti-abuse tools may also process technical information associated with a submission.
Sharing and sale of information
FL790 does not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers as needed to operate our services, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety and security.
Data retention
We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer beta programs, communicate with participants, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may contact us with questions about information you submitted or to request access, correction or deletion. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes.
Children
The FL790 Beta Crew application is not directed to children, and FL790 does not knowingly seek personal information from children through that form.
